We are looking for a full-time Junior Business Tech Analyst to join our client's team in the United States. On a typical day you will…Contribute to our Assisted Inspection Coding service, directly impacting client outcomes.Collaborate with an Argentina-based team while working for our U.S. operations.Engage with cutting-edge technologies in a fast growing company.Benefit from significant growth and development opportunities.
🚀 Responsibilities:Analyzing large sets of video footage to ensure consistent quality of our Artificial Intelligence engine.Identifying and marking defects observed while reviewing the video footage results.Reporting of any identified opportunities for improvement.Documenting and reporting findings in our client’s water systems, thus enabling quick proactive action on urgent defects.Data entry specific to client deliverables.Tracking project progress and analytics daily.Testing new software features related to the services analyst processes.
✅ Requirements:Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor's degree or current advanced student in Engineering, System Management, Physics, Maths, Industrial Design, IT or any quantitative field.Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.Familiarity with Windows operating system.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
🙌🏼 Non-mandatory skills:International work or study experience preferred.Previous experience in QA testing is a plus.MS Access and MS SQL database understanding.Knowledge of the NASSCO Pipeline Assessment Certification Program
