QA Manual Tester

We’re Hiring: Senior QA Manual Tester
We’re looking for an experienced QA Manual Tester to join a collaborative technology team supporting enterprise-level applications.This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, solid testing fundamentals, and the ability to work closely with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
What you’ll do:Review features, requirements, and user stories.Create detailed test cases and test scenarios.Execute functional, regression, and post-release testing.Document, report, and track defects.Maintain regression test suites.Support release planning and testing activities.Troubleshoot issues alongside technical and business teams.Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.Communicate risks, blockers, and testing results clearly.
What we’re looking for:5+ years of software testing experience.Strong manual, functional, and regression testing background.Experience writing and executing SQL queries.Solid understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or TFS.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to have:API testing knowledge.Experience with Postman or Swagger.Insurance or reinsurance industry experience.Agile training or certification.
