Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to join our remote engineering team in Argentina. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation using Selenium with Python, functional testing, and modern AI-driven testing approaches.You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance across web applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python.Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.Create and maintain scalable automation frameworks and testing solutions.Analyze test requirements, identify test scenarios, and develop comprehensive test cases.Execute automated test suites and troubleshoot failures.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to improve software quality.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.Explore and implement AI-assisted testing tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency.Document test results, defects, and quality metrics.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing.Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Python.Experience with functional testing and regression testing.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.Experience writing and maintaining automated test cases.Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).Experience working with Agile/Scrum development environments.Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).Experience with AI testing concepts or AI-powered testing tools is a plus.Nice to HaveExperience testing AI/ML-based applications.Knowledge of frameworks such as PyTest or Robot Framework.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Performance testing experience using tools like JMeter or similar.Technical SkillsSelenium WebDriverPythonPyTest / Robot FrameworkFunctional TestingRegression TestingAPI TestingTest Automation FrameworksGit / CI-CDAI Testing Tool
