About the Role
If you're a proactive problem-solver with a blend of technical expertise, quality process improvement, and project management skills, we encourage you to apply for the Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer position within the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) & Quality group in the Administration department.
Responsibilities
Support the creation of quality practices, standard operation procedures (SOPs), and guidelines by collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization.Provide guidance and support to the QC department on implementing quality standards, procedures, and process improvements.Monitor and document the effectiveness of the quality management and QC processes in place, suggesting improvements and adjustments as needed.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for QA processes, including process changes, improvements, and quality audits.Supports the review and approval of QA of all process changes proposed by QC before implementation, to maintain the integrity of our QMS.Support training and internal audit support for ISO 9001:2015 compliance.Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and innovative quality assurance techniques.
Requirements:
VISA B1/B2English 75% +Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a QA/quality-focused role.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering.Demonstrated experience leading QMS improvement initiatives, audits, and CAPA programsPreferred:ASQ Certifications (CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE)Lead Auditor CertificationSix Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltExperience with ERP, PLM, or Document Management SystemsMicrosoft Power Bi, Microsoft Power automate, Microsoft SharePointMicrosoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, dashboards)
Physical Conditions:
No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility. Occasional – Routine deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; seasonal, predictable variance in work volume; priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present; involves occasional exposure to demands and pressures from persons other than the immediate supervisor. The job frequently requires sitting and handling objects with the hands. Job occasionally requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting to 10 pounds. Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
