About the role
INDI Staffing Services is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. The role involves testing web products and working with mobile, web applications, and devices. Responsibilities
- Analyze end-user requirements and define and document test plans.
- Execute test cases, debug, detect errors or possible improvements, document findings, and follow up on their resolution.
- Generate reports of test results and detected errors.
- Define priorities and plan tests for system requirements.
- Document system functionality.
- Represent end users to developers to help ensure requirements are met.
- Identify and propose improvements to quality control processes and the software development cycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience testing web products.
- Solid knowledge of testing tools.
- Experience developing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
- Additional knowledge of web technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of Unix and Linux environments.
- Advanced English.
