QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ECE, EE, Civil or related)
• 2-4 years in Telecom Design or Telecom Design, FTT H/FTTX, or OSP deployment
• Proven experience managing design teams as multi-projects
• End-to-end design processes (Survey, HLD, LLD, RT A, As-Built)
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Excellent and Google Earth
• Strong client coordination leadership, communication
• Willing to travel for field validation
