Key Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for diverse software applications. Identify, report, and track software defects promptly using industry-standard defect tracking tools. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand application functionality and requirements. Participate in requirement and design reviews, providing valuable input on testability and validation processes. Perform thorough regression testing and maintain detailed documentation of all testing outcomes. Assist in developing automation testing strategies to enhance quality assurance efficiency. Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2-4 years of experience with software testing methodologies and processes preferred. Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. Exceptional attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Relevant certifications like ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
