Quality Control Administrator

About the role

Link Up BPO is hiring a full-time Quality Control Administrator on an independent contractor basis. This role reviews, processes, and delivers media produced by the photography and videography team, serving as the final checkpoint before delivery to clients. The position works closely with the Nashville-based admin and photography team and requires availability during core U.S. Central Time business hours.

Compensation is $12.00 USD per hour. Choose one of two schedules:

• Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week).
• Monday through Friday, 6.5 hours per day, plus Saturday and Sunday, 3 hours per day (38.5 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Review all MLS and editorial photography before client delivery.
• Edit and correct photos in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop to meet Nashville Media Co. standards.
• Maintain consistent color grading, exposure, white balance, and retouching quality across deliverables.
• Check that editorial and lifestyle imagery meets the luxury brand standard.
• Draw and add property lot lines to drone photos for applicable listings.
• Research and verify parcel boundaries using platforms such as Regrid.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in photo editing and post-production.
• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding written English communication skills.
• Professional written and spoken English, including for direct client-facing communication.
• Flexibility to learn and master new tools as the business grows.
• Availability during core U.S. Central Time business hours.
