Quality Control Analyst

About the role

The Language Doctors is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment of marketing content across its brands. The role supports high standards of communication, credibility, and compliance as marketing output increases across multiple service lines.

Employment type: Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing deliverables before publication or launch, including copywriting, graphic assets, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid ads.
• Oversee podcast audio and video editing, checking technical quality and narrative standards, including message coherence, tone of voice, and errors or omissions.
• Enforce brand guidelines, editorial tone, spelling, grammar, and visual identity across channels.
• Establish, optimize, and enforce pre-launch review and approval processes to prevent operational errors and content calendar delays.
• Identify potential inconsistencies, information errors, and strategic misalignments in campaigns for timely correction.
• Work with Paid Media, CRO, and Content teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Verify that content complies with industry standards, especially for immigration-related services.
• Give creators structured feedback and suggest improvements to clarity, engagement, and conversion potential.
• Adapt quality criteria across multiple brands.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented, fluent in English, and experienced in reviewing digital marketing materials for quality, clarity, and performance impact.
