Key Responsibilities Conduct precise analytical testing to ensure products comply with industry standards such as USP, NF, EP, JP, and FCC. Perform high-quality tests including Dissolution, Titration, Polarimetry, Loss on Drying, Viscosity, Residue on Ignition, Heavy Metal Content, FTIR, HPLC, and GC, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Maintain comprehensive records of test results and laboratory procedures to guarantee traceability and data integrity. Inspect laboratory equipment regularly to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency, reducing downtime by 15%. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions that improve product reliability. Participate in developing and refining quality control protocols and best practices to enhance testing accuracy and compliance. Assist in training new laboratory personnel on safety practices and testing procedures, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Monitor and report quality metrics, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that align with company goals. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences. Proven experience in analytical testing and adherence to laboratory safety protocols. Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with laboratory software tools and data management systems. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred: Relevant certifications in Quality Control or Laboratory Practices. Experience with advanced analytical instrumentation such as HPLC and GC. Demonstrated commitment to career growth and professional development.
