About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator with hands-on experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. You'll be responsible for reviewing clinical documentation, navigating EHR/EMR systems, and ensuring accurate, timely handling of medical records and lab results.
Requirements
2–5 years of work experience in a medical environment (doctor's office, hospital, etc.)Ability to read and interpret clinical notes and treatment outcomesProficient in EHR/EMR navigationAbility to read and identify lab resultsExcellent communication and technology skills, including ExcelStrong customer service skillsProfessional and fluent in EnglishMedical billing experience is a plus Work Type: Hybrid

Shift Type: Fixed Day
Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (weekends off)
