Job Summary:Technical role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the Plant Quality Management System (QMS), coordinating documentation and records activities, and providing support for internal and external product and quality system audits. Monitors quality indicators to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Rockwell Automation standards. Additionally, drives the digitalization and continuous improvement of quality processes through Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools, optimizing reporting efficiency and transactional controls, in close coordination with the Quality System Engineer.
Main responsibilities:
Support QMS documentation and records integrity through digital tools, ensuring ISO 9001 alignment and efficient traceability.Support preparation and execution of internal and external audits, including evidence collection and follow-up of audit findings.Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), customer complaints, audit findings, and deviations using internal systems (SharePoint, JIRA, SAP).Generate, update, and maintain plant quality reports and KPIs; support automation of dashboards and metrics using Power BI and Excel.Participate in QMS digitalization initiatives, including automated workflows (Power Automate), forms/apps (Power Apps), and centralized document management (SharePoint).Provide timely and effective service to internal customers, adapting quickly to changing daily priorities and quality needs.Support additional QMS activities assigned by the Quality System Engineer, including data analysis and preparation for management reviews.
Requirements:Final year student or certified technician in Industrial, Systems, Electronics, Quality, or related technical field. (University degree not required.)Minimum 1 year in quality, manufacturing, or document control roles.High attention to detail and data accuracy.Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Intermediate knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint.Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and technical communication).
