Quality Engineer

Job Title: Salesforce Functional TesterJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Tester to validate Salesforce applications and ensure business requirements are met through comprehensive functional testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, test case creation, defect tracking, and collaboration with business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities:Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of Salesforce applications.Create and execute test cases based on business requirements and user stories.Validate Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and customizations.Log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.Required Skills:3+ years of experience in Salesforce Functional Testing.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
