Tasks
- Management of quality systems, internal audits, Lean Manufacturing, and manufacturing processes.
- Development of PFMEAs and quality control plans for assigned areas and products.
- Active participation in new products, transfers, and changes impacting manufacturing areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality areas.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in new product and process transfer.
- Knowledge of QRP and DMR control (Defective Material Rejection).
- Experience in handling and responding to customer complaints.
- Experience leading quality improvement initiatives, process and product characterizations that drive continuous improvement.
