QUALITY ENGINEER SPECIAL PROCESS

ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsible to ensure application of the site’s Special Processes rules related to all programs; internally and by customer or standard requirements.Special process: “Any process for production and service provision where the resulting output cannot be verified by subsequent monitoring or measurement. This includes any processes where deficiencies become apparent only after the product is in use or the service has been delivered.”
RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible to maintain and follow up the site’s technical qualificationsFunction in an active role as a focal point for the site’s Special ProcessIdentify and implement effective processes to support the development, qualification, and on-going manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirementsManage customer and internal audits for site qualifications related to special processesManage, follow up and update the impact from standards evolutions or customer specificationsManage and follow up all testing and calibration of all program, new products and chemicals according to standard requirementsContribute to technical support related to special processes from all departmentsDefine the quality and technical requirements for Metrology activityTreat corrective actions followed by audit non-conformancesCreate FAI (First Article Inspection)
REQUIREMENTSBachelor's DegreeAdvanced English2 years of experienceConfident with ExcelMeticulous, rigorous, motivated, organized and have a good teamwork attitudeExperience in testing or inspection environment
