QUALITY MANAGEMENT STAFF

• Encode and organize quality data (audit results, incident reports, indicators)
• Prepare and format reports, minutes, and presentations for the Quality team
• Schedule meetings, audits, and trainings; send reminders to concerned
• Maintain and update quality tracking logs (e.g., incident log, KPI monitoring sheet)
• Assist in compiling data for accreditation surveys (DOH ISO)
• Coordinate with departments to collect required reports/submissions
• Photocopy, file, and distribute quality-related forms and correspondence
• Assist in preparing materials and attendance sheets
• Respond to routine inquiries or route them to the appropriate quality staff
• Provide general administrative support (correspondence, supplies, calendar management)

Qualifications:
• At least a college level or graduate of any 4-year course preferably Office Administration, Business Administration, or Health Information Management
• Basic knowledge or hospital operations is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
