Quality Supervisor

Job Overview:
Lead and supervise the Quality team to achieve daily quality objectives, ensuring compliance with established standards and customer requirements. Coordinate and follow up on inspection activities, personnel performance, quality issues and corrective actions.
The position is responsible for leading, developing and motivating the team, maintaining effective communication with employees and other departments, and promoting a positive work environment focused on quality, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements to Apply:
1+ years of proven experience in the role, including leadership and coordinating technical staff.
Experience leading, supervising and developing personnel.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage conflicts, provide feedback and motivate employees.
Experience coordinating daily activities and assigning tasks to a quality team.
Knowledge of quality inspection processes and manufacturing operations.
Experience with defect reduction, rework, scrap and containment actions.
Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ability to follow up on quality indicators and improvement actions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to quality objectives.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Conversational English.
Engineering degree completed or in progress, preferably related to Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Quality.
Knowledge of measuring equipment and quality tools.
Continuous improvement mindset.
