Quality Supervisor

Job Overview: Lead and manage the team of quality control inspectors, motivating them to achieve the objectives set. Identify and report non-conformities, lead the analysis of causes and follow up on corrective actions. Record all controls prepare reports and operational indicators and maintain the necessary documentation for quality processes. Work to achieve and improve customer satisfaction, incorporating customer requirements into the development of products and services.

Requirements to apply:
Minimum five years of experience in formally serving as a Quality Supervisor
Expertise in defect reduction, rework, scraping and claims, coordination of containment actions, root cause investigations and corrective actions
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and final product specifications.
Commitment to achieving quality objectives and customer satisfaction.
Leadership to implement initiatives and adapt to changes in quality regulations.
Conversational English.
Engineering finished, or from career to finish, knowledge in production processes, knowledge in measuring equipment.
Office Management.
Knowledge of the network system suite.
Effective communication skills and an essential ability to work in a team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using
Data-driven analyses and quality methodologies.
