Quality Videoconference

We are looking for an experienced Quality Videoconference professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a QA professional with a strong background in manual software testing, regression testing, test case design and execution, and a solid understanding of video conferencing technologies and hardware environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual QA testing of video conferencing solutions across different hardware and software environments.Test firmware and software releases across multiple types of hardware.Design, document, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and system testing.Identify, document, track, and communicate defects throughout the testing lifecycle.Validate new features, fixes, and releases against defined requirements and acceptance criteria.Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable after changes or new releases.Support interoperability testing across devices, platforms, and environments.Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.Maintain clear testing documentation and provide visibility into test results, defects, risks, and overall product quality.Contribute to QA automation initiatives when required.Support on-site testing activities when physical access to video conferencing hardware is necessary.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of QA experience.Good understanding of video conferencing technologies and environments.Experience in QA testing of firmware and software releases across different types of hardware.Strong experience with manual testing, documenting test results, and writing and executing test cases.Solid experience with regression testing.Experience with interoperability testing is highly desirable.Experience with functional, exploratory, smoke, black-box, API, and cross-platform testing is beneficial.Familiarity with QA and defect-tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, Confluence, or similar tools.Basic knowledge or exposure to QA automation tools and processes.Flexibility and willingness to work on QA automation when required.Ability to analyze technical requirements, identify defects, and communicate testing risks effectively.Availability to work from the office whenever required to perform QA testing on hardware.Good oral and written communication skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Advanced English level
Nice to Have
Experience testing across different operating systems and environments.Knowledge of API testing and SQL.Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.Experience working with CI/CD and version-control tools.ISTQB knowledge or certification is a plus.
