RDP Applications Specialist - Soweto, Gauteng

Coca Cola is hiring a dedicated RDP Applications Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa . This full-time role focuses on managing and implementing RDP applications across all provinces, enhancing service delivery and community impact. Key Responsibilities Manage and implement RDP applications following organizational standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and community engagement. Analyze application performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement. Conduct training sessions to maximize end-user utilization of RDP applications. Prepare detailed reports on application usage and performance metrics for management. Participate in project planning and strategy alignment with organizational goals. Support integration of new technologies to enhance application efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience with RDP applications, preferably in government or public sector. Familiarity with project management principles and software tools. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred. Industry certifications related to RDP applications are a plus. This role offers remote work eligibility and a monthly salary of R60,000 .
