React Native Tech Lead - Remote

About the role

INDI Staffing Services is looking for React Native Tech Leads to join its Development team and participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. The role is for proactive, collaborative people passionate about programming in this language and providing the best experience to the end user. Developers will face technical challenges using current technologies and engaging with mobile, web applications, and devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a front end team of approximately 5 developers located locally and remotely.
• Oversee front end coding and logic.
• Integrate UI/UX and animation features.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers in an agile environment.
• Plan projects by understanding requirements, effort, time, and budget.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in front end development, with strong skills in JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5.
• 2+ years of experience developing web applications using ReactJS, Flux, Redux, Relay, or similar technologies.
• 2+ years of experience working with RoR.
• Familiarity with basic programming concepts, JavaScript, data structures, variable types, and their idiosyncrasies.
• Advanced English level.
