Job description
James Rusher is seeking a highly skilled React.js Developer to join our dynamic team in a full-time, remote capacity. This pivotal role focuses on building robust, efficient web applications in a fast-evolving technology landscape. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and JavaScript (ES6+). Utilize Redux for effective state management and application logic. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Write clean, readable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and standards. Conduct thorough testing to ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Participate in code reviews to uphold quality and foster team knowledge sharing. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, HTML, and CSS. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize code efficiently. Minimum of 3 years experience in web development or related roles. The React.js Developer will work within a structured team environment, collaborating with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver outstanding web solutions. Reporting to the Technical Lead or Project Manager, this role ensures alignment with project goals and timelines. Collaboration across cross-functional teams is essential to achieve project objectives, share insights, and drive continuous improvement in development workflows.
