A law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its healthcare practice in New York City. The position focuses on representing clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, development projects, and property-related transactions serving the healthcare sector. Attorneys work on sophisticated acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development transactions while collaborating across multiple practice areas in a growing office environment.

About the Role

Support sophisticated real estate transactions for healthcare clients in New York City. This role is suited for an attorney with at least three years of experience handling acquisitions, leasing, financing, and commercial real estate matters, with healthcare transaction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.Handle leasing transactions and development project matters.Assist with real estate financing transactions and management agreements.Perform commercial real estate due diligence.Review, draft, and negotiate transaction documents.Coordinate multiple real estate matters while meeting deadlines.Work closely with attorneys and clients throughout transactional matters.
Qualifications

Minimum of three years of relevant commercial real estate experience.Experience handling acquisitions, leasing, financing, and related transactions.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
