Real Estate Sales Executive – Playa Blanca

Playa Blanca Residences is looking for an ambitious Real Estate Sales Executive to join our residential sales team in Panama.

We are looking for someone with proven real estate sales experience, strong communication skills, and the drive to grow within a major residential and lifestyle destination.

Requirements:

- Experience in residential real estate sales
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Strong Spanish communication skills
- Excellent follow-up and closing skills
- Comfortable working with local and international buyers
- Ambitious, proactive and results-driven
- Available to work and stay at Playa Blanca on weekends on a regular basis

The role includes managing leads, conducting property tours, following up with prospects and closing residential property sales.
