Recent Graduate Accountant

About the role

Busy Season Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated Recent Graduate Accountant ready to begin a professional career and gain hands-on experience. The selected candidate will support daily accounting operations while developing practical knowledge across different areas of the accounting cycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Prepare and record journal entries.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Assist with General Ledger account reviews.
• Provide support in preparing financial and accounting reports.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting completed.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and the accounting cycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
