HOTEL RECEPTIONIST
Wyndham Garden Guatemala City is looking for a hospitality professional with a strong service mindset and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures.• Respond to guests’ questions, requests, and concerns.• Manage reservations and provide appropriate follow-up.• Use the Opera system and coordinate with other hotel departments.• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service.
Requirements:• Advanced English proficiency is required; an English assessment will be conducted.• At least one year of proven experience in hotel front desk operations.• Proficiency in the Opera system is required.• High school diploma.• Availability to work rotating schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.• Strong customer service and communication skills.• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented attitude.
