Ops Facility Management is hiring a professional and welcoming Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team located in K Chanasandra, Kanaknagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560043, India. This full-time role is essential as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and providing vital administrative support to enhance office operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors , directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere. Manage incoming calls , respond to inquiries, and relay messages effectively to team members. Schedule appointments and meetings , ensuring organized calendars and minimizing conflicts. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to support smooth operations. Prepare documentation and reports to assist team members as needed. Collaborate with departments to facilitate effective communication and project execution. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area that reflects the company’s professional image. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for client interaction and teamwork. Proficient in customer service practices to ensure client satisfaction. Experience in scheduling and administrative support; familiarity with office software is a plus. Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Join our supportive team and work closely with diverse professionals, reporting directly to the Office Manager. This position offers a competitive monthly salary of ₹25,000 and is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role is not eligible for remote work.
