Apartahotel La Vita E Bella is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic . This full-time position is essential to maintaining smooth daily operations and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional attitude. Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments. Maintain accurate visitor logs and coordinate appointment schedules. Support daily administrative tasks including mail distribution and office supply management. Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Coordinate meeting spaces and ensure readiness for all attendees. Collaborate with team members to support office functions and projects. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service focus with professionalism. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills. Previous receptionist or similar experience preferred but not required.
