Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Prepare and post Manual Journal Entries as requested.Prepare monthly and quarterly accruals.Prepare monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet Reconciliations.Ensure targets and expected deliverables are met according to the SLA guidelinesCarry out a knowledge transfer processIdentify potential areas for process improvements and highlight to Supervisors and Continuous Improvement Team towards standardization and optimization of processesSupport internal and external audit processes collaborating with the supervision of the area to meet deliverables and address explanationsParticipate in the reporting process of financial statements in a monthly basis (if corresponds).Develop analysis and information as requested by the Business Units.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Advanced university student in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.More than 2 years of experience in General Accounting.Experience working in Shared Services environments is required.Knowledge and experience in financial and administrative (accounting) processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.Knowledge and proven experience implementing Continuous Improvement projects across accounting processes, with the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Project Management tools.Intermediate English level (B2).
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Hyperion or other FS reporting and consolidation system is also preferred.Demonstrated high level knowledge in Accruals.Certifications and/or courses in Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and Agile Methodologies, such as Yellow or Green Belt, PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent.
