We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Recruiter to attract, assess, and hire talent for Caregiver and Healthcare Staff positions.This role combines high-volume recruiting, candidate engagement, and end-to-end hiring coordination. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, working with metrics, and building strong relationships with candidates throughout long-term hiring processes.
🔹 What You'll Do:Source talent through job boards, databases, and other digital platforms.Apply screening criteria and assessments based on each position's requirements.Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.Conduct recorded video interviews.Present job opportunities clearly and professionally.Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS.Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout extended hiring cycles.Ensure data quality and accuracy across all recruitment activities.Answer questions and keep participants engaged throughout presentations.

✅ Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.C1 English proficiency.Experience with high-volume recruitment environments.Ability to keep candidates engaged throughout lengthy hiring processes.Experience conducting interviews and candidate evaluations.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Healthcare Recruiting.Experience recruiting Caregivers, CNAs, or healthcare professionals.Experience working in staffing agencies or recruitment firms.Experience facilitating webinars or delivering group presentations.Knowledge of medical terminology.
