Our new Córdoba hub plays a vital role in our expansion, and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter and Office Manager to oversee office operations and lead recruitment efforts. About the Role: This dual position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional to manage daily office functions and build a strong sales team. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, communication, and fostering a positive work environment. Procurement: Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and furniture to ensure a well-equipped workspace. Administrative Support: Handle office expenses, coordinate meetings, and maintain organizational systems. Recruitment: Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and onboard sales team members aligned with company values and goals. Candidate Management: Maintain candidate databases, schedule interviews, and communicate effectively with applicants. Team Development: Support employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a motivated workforce.
