This position will report to the Sr. Manager-Talent Acquisition, in charge and responsible for end-to-end recruitment process collaborating on workforce planning, developing sourcing plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as creating new and executing creative ideas. Play a critical role in the growth and development of the organization and help ensure we are hiring the best possible talent by leveraging our technology and systems executing on the recruiting plans, networking through industry contacts, associations, organizations and associates, while coordinating and implementing university/college relations initiatives. This role is 70% sourcing/recruitment and 30% Talent Acquisition operational and functional activities.
ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle requisitions ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.Ensure appropriate and compelling job postings: review job descriptions, post vacancies, source and pre-screen candidates, set up interviews, facilitate post-interview calibration and process closure, create and extend offers, conduct reference/background checks, and assist with the candidate on-boarding processWork hand-in-hand with hiring managers to host the end-to-end process, ensuring an outstanding hiring manager experienceExecute on the recruiting plans, facilitating on-site job fairs and maximizing all our sourcing channels and platformsActively participate in all recruiting programs and initiates, network through industry contacts, associations, private and public sector organizations, foster university/college relations & partnerships, while coordinating and implementing diverse initiatives. Assist in University/College Relations initiatives by Actively participate in the company’s internship and referral programs, building and fostering relationships with different area leaders and top talent across the organizationSupport the facilitation and ongoing improvements for our Assessment Centers and Doors to the FutureMaintain a healthy and active candidate pipeline for all positionsAct as one for our BrassRing (ATS) super-users and provide ATS supportAct as team lead on Workday/Brass Ring enhancements and optimizationsEducate hiring managers on the Talent Acquisition process through formal presentations and ad-hoc coachingInvolved in various talent acquisition projects around process improvements, metrics/measurements, technology, branding, and social mediaAct as a back-up Specialist, Talent Acquisition (when needed)Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
(2) years of demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience in multinational environment(2) years of ATS experience sourcing and tracking applicants -Strong technical aptitude including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), knowledge of social media. Working knowledge of MS OfficeAdvanced English proficiency: B2+Skilled in stakeholder management, specifically collaborating and partnering with hiring managersUniversity degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline related to the fieldDemonstrated experience creating and building qualified candidate pipelines through traditional & innovative sourcing and recruitment techniquesHighly organized, skilled time management capabilities management and the ability to successfully execute multiple assignments in a fast-paced environmentInterpersonal skillsProven ability to maintain a requisition load, while managing complex projects around technology, branding, and operational efficiency High level of integrity to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive situations
