The RoleWe're hiring a Recruiter Specialist to help build, onboard, and support our delivery driver workforce across multiple U.S. markets.This is a fully remote role working U.S. business hours. You'll be responsible for sourcing and screening driver candidates, coordinating onboarding activities, supporting driver engagement, and partnering closely with Operations teams to ensure workforce coverage and service quality.You'll play a key role in maintaining a reliable driver network that supports Club Feast's continued growth.
ResponsibilitiesDriver Recruitment & OnboardingSource and recruit delivery drivers across multiple U.S. marketsConduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification callsCoordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth onboarding experienceMaintain candidate and driver records throughout the hiring processEnsure drivers meet quality, compliance, and performance standardsDriver Engagement & RetentionServe as a point of contact for driver questions and support needsSupport driver engagement and retention initiativesMaintain regular communication with drivers and candidatesIdentify workforce gaps or risks and escalate proactivelyOperational CollaborationPartner closely with Operations and Dispatch teamsSupport workforce planning and staffing needs across marketsTrack onboarding progress, recruitment activity, and workforce metricsAlign driver availability with operational demandQualificationsExperience in recruiting, staffing, workforce operations, customer support, or a related field preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesComfortable conducting phone and video interviewsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong follow-up skillsExperience working with spreadsheets, candidate tracking systems, or operational tools is a plusAble to work U.S. business hoursWhy Join Club Feast?High ownership and direct operational impactClose collaboration with Operations leadershipRemote-first, globally distributed teamClear growth opportunities as the company continues to scaleOpportunity to help build and support teams across multiple markets
