Recruiter ( Temporary 6 months)

Our client, an important company in the service business area, is looking to hire a Recruiter. This person will be responsible for hiring the best possible talent in a timely manner while following all required screening processes. The role includes supporting the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining KPIs to assess and enhance department performance, and contributing to the recruitment of all open positions for the client.Key responsibilities involve executing sourcing strategies, maintaining updated screening processes aligned with business needs, assisting with new hire onboarding, auditing employee files, and keeping job descriptions current. The Recruiter will facilitate onboarding sessions, participate in internal HR committees, manage sensitive information confidentially, and contribute to special tasks or assigned projects.Requirements:Advanced studies in Psychology or Human Resources.2 to 3 years of recruiting experience in a Shared Services Center environment.Advanced English level.Strong organizational skills, proactivity, creativity, and a people-oriented approach.M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Hybrid
