Recruiting Specialist

About the role

Auxis is looking for a Technology Recruiting Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. The role manages end-to-end recruitment for technology positions in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Source technology candidates in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Development, Technical Support, Data, and other technology functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs, priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, ATS, and other recruiting tools.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage multiple technology requisitions while meeting recruitment SLAs.
• Maintain candidate information, recruiting activity, and documentation in the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
• Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience and support additional Talent Acquisition initiatives during the contract period.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technology and IT recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting technical and IT profiles.
• Experience in a multinational company is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and manage priorities.
• English level: B2+.
