The company is seeking a curious, organized, people-oriented Recruiting Specialist to support its continued growth and develop a career in global recruiting within the linguistics industry.

In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment for language professional roles, working with senior recruiters and hiring leaders to attract, assess, and onboard qualified candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience. The role is suited to someone with recruiting experience who wants to deepen sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Review job requirements and align them with candidate profiles and client needs.
• Create, publish, and manage job postings across job boards, databases, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications for qualifications, experience, certifications, and overall fit.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews, evaluating communication skills, professionalism, and role alignment.
• Research and engage active and passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate, organized candidate records in internal systems and tracking tools.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with rate discussions and offer processes under the guidance of senior recruiters and hiring leaders.
