Recruitment Analyst

Hey!
We're looking for a Recruitment Analyst to join our team and support recruitment processes for positions across Latin America and the United States.
This role is a great fit for someone who already has solid recruitment experience, enjoys active sourcing and candidate interaction, and is comfortable managing multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
You'll work with different types of roles and markets, so we're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, and confident working in both English and Spanish.
What you'll be doingManage full-cycle recruitment processes for positions across LATAM and the USConduct active sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards and other recruiting channelsScreen and interview candidates in both English and SpanishEvaluate candidates based on experience, skills and overall fit for each positionBuild and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for multiple openingsCoordinate interviews, assessments and follow-ups throughout the selection processPresent qualified candidates and provide clear recruiting updatesMaintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in our systemsManage multiple requisitions simultaneously while keeping priorities and deadlines organizedMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
What we're looking for3+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent AcquisitionExperience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through candidate submission and interview coordinationPrevious experience supporting US-based positions, clients or hiring teamsFluent English is requiredFluent/native SpanishStrong sourcing and candidate assessment skillsExperience conducting interviews in EnglishAbility to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication and follow-up skillsComfortable working independently in a remote environmentExperience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn and other recruiting tools
Nice to havePrevious experience in a staffing or recruitment agencyExperience recruiting across different LATAM marketsExperience recruiting technical or IT profilesLinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search experienceExperience working with different clients or business areas simultaneously
