Acceler8 Talent is a specialist recruitment business partnering with some of the world's most exciting AI and technology companies across North America.
We're looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and become the link between our consultants and our clients.
This isn't a traditional admin role. We're looking for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, loves being organised, and isn't afraid to chase people, ask questions, and take ownership. You'll be communicating with clients daily, coordinating interviews, managing candidate submissions, and making sure every part of the recruitment process runs smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinating the recruitment process from submission through to interview.Managing communication between consultants, candidates and clients.Scheduling interviews and confirming availability.Preparing and submitting candidate profiles.Keeping recruitment systems and records up to date.Following up with clients and consultants to keep processes moving.Taking ownership of the day-to-day coordination so our consultants can focus on building relationships and closing deals.
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous recruitment coordination, recruitment administration or agency recruitment experience.Is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Is confident communicating with clients and stakeholders.Takes initiative rather than waiting to be asked.Can confidently juggle multiple priorities.Has excellent written and spoken English.Is reliable, proactive and enjoys being part of a high-performing team.
What we offer:
