Role DescriptionThe Recruiting Specialist will collect and/or attract candidates that fit the agent profile through the internal Refer-a-Friend program and the the assigned recruitment source.
ResponsibilitiesElaborate and execute strategies to attract candidates through the assigned recruitment source, including but not limited to Government job fairs, University relations, University Job fairs, in-company courses and tours and scouting, Refer-A-Friend program, Marketing, Internet job postings and findings.Maintain and create relationship with external institutions related to Job seeking opportunities or that might represent a recruiting source.Execute strategy to attract the highest number of effective candidates through field initiatives.Search for new internet web pages to post vacant positions and search for candidates.Creation of new internet recruitment strategies aligned with Social Media strategies.Perform referred candidate’s status follow-up on the RAF Tool.Collect and Upload RAF’s information to the database daily.Continuously develop new RAF promotion strategies to increase the number of effective referrals.Analyze RAF strategies to increase Refer-a-Friend effectiveness.Collect and Upload RAF’s information to the database daily.Follow department standard operating procedures (SOPs) and BEST R&S Policies.Give the RAF talk (induction) in training to all the new hired generations.Actively support the recruiting team if needed, in different tasks such as screenings, interviews, and calibrations with other departments.
QualificationsEducation: High School (or equivalent) degree minimum.Intermediate English levelMicrosoft Office, including word, excel, and power point.Previous experience in Human Resources is a plus.3 months on call center experience or similar position.
