About the role
Xploy Solutions is a premier nursing home facility dedicated to providing top-tier care to its residents. The recruiter fills roles across the facility, from RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to dietary, housekeeping, and administrative staff.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across all facility departments.
- Represent the facility as a welcoming voice and build pipelines of compassionate healthcare professionals.
- Manage high-volume applicant tracking, credentials verification, reference checks, and compliance documentation with zero errors.
- Make decisive hiring choices under pressure, manage high-turnover urgency, and uphold quality standards.
- Work with department heads to understand immediate staffing needs and deliver reliable candidates quickly.
Requirements
- Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication.
