About the role
Xploy Solutions is seeking a recruiter for a nursing home facility dedicated to providing top-tier care to residents. The role covers hiring across facility departments, including nursing, dietary, housekeeping, and administrative staff.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across all facility departments.
- Build pipelines of compassionate healthcare professionals and serve as a welcoming voice for the facility.
- Manage high-volume applicant tracking, credential verification, reference checks, and compliance documentation.
- Make decisive hiring choices under pressure, respond to high-turnover urgency, and uphold quality standards.
