Recruitment Specialist

A Recruiter is the professional responsible for finding potential employees for the company. Recruiters source and reach out to talent and ensure they're a good fit for the company and client needs. They give candidates the support needed along the recruitment process.
What You’ll DoBased on a monthly headcount, hire at least 30 candidates p/m. Weekly goals to engage and obtain at least from 6-7 candidates.Evaluate candidates profiles and identify if they have the qualifications to fit client needs.Schedule interviews with program managers.Call and follow up candidates to complete the recruitment process. Collect the documents and send to back office representative.Reconfirm and verify candidates started their training. Induction meeting to reconfirm offer details and compnay benefits.Follow up on any upcoming needProvide support on activities related to candidate attraction.
What We’re Looking ForCollege Student in Organizational Psychology or Business Administration.Bilingual (Spanish and English)Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsCommunication skills
