About the role
CCD is looking for a recruiter to find potential employees, source and reach out to talent, assess fit with company and client needs, and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Hire at least 30 candidates per month based on monthly headcount.
- Engage and obtain at least 6–7 candidates each week.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and identify qualifications that fit client needs.
- Schedule interviews with program managers.
- Call and follow up with candidates to complete the recruitment process.
- Collect documents and send them to the back office representative.
- Reconfirm and verify that candidates started their training.
- Hold induction meetings to reconfirm offer details and company benefits.
- Follow up on upcoming needs and support candidate attraction activities.
Requirements
- College student in organizational psychology or business administration.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Communication skills.
