About the role
Xploy Solutions is a premier nursing home facility dedicated to providing top-tier care to its residents. The facility is looking for a recruiter to fill roles across all departments, including nursing, dietary, housekeeping, and administration.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across facility departments.
- Build pipelines of compassionate healthcare professionals and serve as a welcoming voice of the facility.
- Manage high-volume applicant tracking, credential verification, reference checks, and compliance documentation accurately.
- Make decisive hiring choices under pressure, respond to high-turnover urgency, and uphold quality standards.
- Work with department heads to understand immediate staffing needs and deliver reliable candidates quickly.
Requirements
- Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication.
