What You’ll DoDrive Full-Cycle Hiring: Source, screen, interview, and onboard high-quality candidates across all facility departments.Engage & Connect: Serve as the friendly, welcoming voice of our facility while building strong pipelines of compassionate healthcare professionals.Stay Sharp & Detailed: Manage high-volume applicant tracking, credentials verification, reference checks, and compliance documentation with zero errors.Hold the Line: Thrive under pressure, make decisive hiring choices, manage high-turnover urgency, and push back when quality standards aren't met.Collaborate Daily: Work directly with Department Heads to understand immediate staffing needs and deliver reliable candidates fast.
