Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across facility departments.
• Build pipelines of compassionate healthcare professionals and represent the facility as a welcoming point of contact.
• Manage high-volume applicant tracking, credentials verification, reference checks, and compliance documentation accurately.
• Make decisive hiring choices under pressure, respond to urgent staffing needs, and uphold quality standards.
• Work with department heads to understand immediate staffing needs and deliver candidates quickly.

Requirements

• Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
• A warm, empathetic approach and ability to build rapport with diverse candidates.
• Confidence making decisions under pressure and enforcing high standards.
• Strong attention to candidate tracking, compliance, licensure verification, and onboarding paperwork.
• Experience using Indeed, healthcare job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
