About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle hiring by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across facility departments.
- Build pipelines of compassionate healthcare professionals and serve as a welcoming voice for the facility.
- Manage high-volume applicant tracking, credential verification, reference checks, and compliance documentation.
- Make decisive hiring choices under pressure, respond to urgent staffing needs, and uphold quality standards.
- Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and deliver reliable candidates quickly.
