Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to manage our high-volume sourcing and recruitment pipeline. In this role, you will focus on identifying, screening, and onboarding Spanish-speaking candidates for warehouse and manufacturing positions.

ties:
Grassroots Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using Facebook groups, Craigslist, local community organizations, and referral networks.Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone screens to assess job fit, work eligibility, and client requirements.Candidate Coordination: Confirm candidate availability, reliable transportation, and guide them through the E-Verify/employment verification process.Interview Management: Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Administrative Support: Keep our Google Sheets database meticulously updated and manage daily recruitment emails and calendars.Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with local referral sources to keep a steady pipeline of active candi

dates.

Mandatory Requirements:Language: Fluent/Native Spanish speaker with excellent professional English (written and
verbal).
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, high-volume staffing, or call-center environments. Experience in light industrial, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing staffing is highly p
referred.
Technical Skills: Mastery of Google Sheets (tracking formulas, formatting, updating data) and calendar managem
ent tools.
Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys reaching out to people via cold calls o
