Responsibilities

• Own the candidate experience from first outreach through interviews and pre-onboarding, making every touchpoint clear, engaging, and human.
• Design and improve recruiting communications, including emails, surveys, templates, interview instructions, and candidate resources.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment processes moving with urgency while maintaining a high-quality experience.
• Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring workflows, and optimize the candidate journey.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation to reduce manual work, improve consistency, and elevate candidate experience at scale.
• Bring fresh ideas to make every interaction with Viva thoughtful and memorable.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
