Responsibilities

• Review applications, conduct interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain the ATS and pipeline, and support pre-onboarding.
• Make each step of the candidate experience clear, timely, engaging, and respectful.
• Refine candidate communications, interviews, surveys, and resources, and bring ideas to improve the process.
• Spot friction and bottlenecks using data and feedback, then turn findings into practical improvements.
• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work while making more room for human connection.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience improving the experience of candidates, employees, customers, or another group. Your title matters less than what you’ve done.
• C1+ English and clear, confident communication in writing and conversation.
• A candidate-focused approach, with attention to whether people feel confused, forgotten, heard, or valued.
• A proactive, resourceful approach: asking good questions, finding solutions, sharing ideas, and enjoying a fast-moving environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and care for how communications and materials look, sound, and feel.
• Comfort with technology.
