Position Objective:
Supervise and ensure compliance with recruitment and selection processes, guaranteeing staffing coverage, proper documentation, and effective monitoring of recruitment and workforce indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate approved requisitions against contracts
• Supervise the formal recruitment and selection process
• Design and coordinate talent attraction strategies.
• Manage the issuance and follow-up of Hiring PUMs.
• Ensure complete employee files and contractual documentation.
• Monitor turnover and staffing coverage indicators.
• Prepare headcount and workforce support reports.
• Manage the internship program for San Martín Obispo.
• Manage the authorized salary structure and validate salary proposals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Adrrin, or related.
• Minimum 3 years of recent and verifiable experience in R&S.
• Distribution Center / Logistics Experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience managing recruitment and workforce indicators.
• Leadership or team supervision experience.
